Jolly Frog provides high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services exclusively to families and students enrolled at Westmead Public School. The OOSH program is available to all K-Year 6 students.
Our Before & After School Care Westmead program is a structured program developed by qualified teachers and designed to encourage children to engage in activities that benefit them in a physical, mental and creative capacity. Our programs are well-rounded, meaningful and affordable.

Before School Care Westmead is offered from 7.00am to 8.45am each school day and includes the provision of a healthy breakfast to the students.
After School Care Westmead commences at 3:00pm and runs to 6.30pm each school afternoon. Younger children are collected from their classrooms and signed into the program by Jolly Frog staff. A healthy afternoon tea is served each day. The afternoon program varies from day to day and includes homework supervision.
We also offer exciting Vacation Care programs at our service during school holidays. The Vacation Care program runs from 8.00am to 6.00pm in all holiday periods. The Vacation Care program may include some incursions and excursions which involve an additional cost.

Location: How will my child travel to and from school? We provide a complimentary private bus service to and from Westmead Public School. Our bus service is Service NSW compliant, fitted with child boosters, is clean and air- conditioned.
Availability: How far ahead do I need to book? Are places available when I need them? Bookings should be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. We do not have a minimum requirement for days and parents are welcome to select which days as they require them.
Staff/Accreditation: What qualifications do the staff have? Has the centre got an NQS rating? Our program is lead by of a university qualified teacher. Our teaching staff consist of Children’s Services Diploma and Certificate 3 qualified team members. Every staff member at Jolly Frog has undergone a comprehensive background check including a Working with Child Check, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training. Our service is rated Meeting the National Quality Standard.
How much does it cost? We are a Child Care Subsidy (CCS) eligible service, which means your out of pocket expense will vary based on your individual eligibility requirements. For your individual fee reduction and to check your CCS eligibility, simply log into MyGov and complete your CCS assessment.
